Shipping & Pickup Point Policy
When an order is shipped to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the time period specified by the carrier or pickup location.
If the parcel is not collected within this period and is returned to the sender, the customer is considered responsible for the failed pickup.
In such cases:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
- Reshipping may be offered at the customer’s expense.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these shipping and pickup conditions.
